My Bitty Boomer won’t charge or dies very quickly.

We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties.
We recommend charging for a few hours and then press and hold the on button to turn on while still connected to power.
If it still doesn’t turn on, it may be an issue with the cord or the charging port of the Bitty Boomer.
If you have access to a different cord, try using the alternative cord to rule out a faulty cord issue.
Please reach out to us after you try this if it does not resolve your problem.
