Look on the bottom of your Bitty Boomer: If you no longer have the box, don't worry! You can also find the BB number on the bottom of your Bitty Boomer itself. Simply turn your Bitty Boomer over and look for a small sticker or engraving with the BB number.

If you still can't find the BB number: If you've checked both the box and the bottom of your Bitty Boomer and still can't find the BB number, it's possible that your Bitty Boomer is an original generation 1 model. These models do not have a BB number, so there's no need to worry!
