1. Maximum Pairing: Please note that a maximum of 2 Bitty Boomers or 2 Bigger Boomers are able to pair at one time. If you are trying to pair more than 2 speakers, you may encounter difficulties.

2. Generation Compatibility: We have different generations of speakers, and only similar generation models are able to pair together. Your BB number is located on the box or on the bottom of your Bitty Boomer, so be sure to check the compatibility of your speakers before attempting to pair them.

3. Pairing Similar Models: For example, BB2 can only pair with BB2 and BB5 can only pair with BB5. Make sure you are trying to pair speakers with the same BB number.
