The sound from my Bitty Boomer is scratchy or not clear.

Please unpair your Bitty Boomer from your device by ‘forgetting this device’. Then turn it off.
Give it a good charge and try to restart the Bitty Boomer in a few hours by pressing and holding the on button once fully charged.
