Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund to the same payment method you used to pay (including Afterpay and PayPal refunds, which follow those providers’ timelines).

• Processing time after we receive your return: 3-10 Business Days

• Bank/card processing after we issue the refund: Typically 3–10 business days, depending on your bank

• Afterpay refunds: Afterpay adjusts or cancels your remaining payments and refunds anything already paid

We’ll email you when your refund has been issued. If it’s been more than 10 business days since that email and nothing has appeared, contact your bank first, then us.
