How long will my order take to arrive?Updated 8 days ago

We dispatch orders from our Melbourne warehouse, generally within 1 business day of purchase. During busy periods (such as major sales or Christmas), dispatch may take a few business days longer due to item availability or seasonal backlog.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: allow additional time
• Busy periods: delivery can take up to 10 business days
• Partner Warehouses: Some items ship directly from partner warehouses and may have separate delivery timeframes. This will be noted on the product page where applicable and can add a few days to the timeframe.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday and some Saturdays during business hours. If you place an order on the weekend or a public holiday, it will be processed and shipped within the next 2 business days after. Orders placed after 12:00 noon AEST are processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier volumes, weather, and your distance from our Melbourne distribution centre or partner warehouses. We can’t guarantee a specific delivery date.

 Please note: A signature is required on delivery, so we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available. If the order is with Australia Post, you will have to contact them to opt for authority to leave.
