Ankermake Studio Issues Troubleshooting for M5/M5C

Encountered black screen or white screen problem when logging in?
- The issue is as follows:
- Solution:
For Windows:
- Delete the C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\AnkerMake Studio Profile\EBWebView folder.
For Mac:
- Open the Console and type rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/com.anker.pcankermake/Webkit/*, then press Enter.
Note: If the problem persists after performing the above steps, try the following method:
For Windows:
- Delete the C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\AnkerMake Studio Profile folder.
- Delete the C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\AnkerMake Studio folder.
- Finally, reinstall AnkerMake Studio software. Download link: AnkerMake Studio.
For Mac:
- Open the Console and enter rm -rf ~/Library/Application Support/AnkerMake Studio Profile and press Enter.
- How to Send Logs and Dump Files?
For Windows:
- The log is stored in the Logs folder under the installation path of AnkerMake Studio.
- The dump is stored in the dump folder under the installation path of AnkerMake Studio.
For Mac:
- The logs are stored in the ~/Library/Logs/AnkerMake folder.
- Crash logs are stored in the ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports folder.
- The file needs to be compressed before sending it.
Open AnkerMake Studio and follow these steps:

Solution:
- Upgrade Microsoft Edge browser version.
